Our Team
Shawn Walter
President
In February 2014, Shawn Walter purchased Valley Sealcoat Inc. Shawn has worked his way through every position within the company from general laborer, sales, sales manager, operations manager and general manager over the past 20 years with Valley Sealcoat.
Through his experiences in these positions, he has developed a unique perspective of the industry and how to best satisfy the needs of our customers.
Shawn is a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering-Technology.
Tom Morrow
Project Manager
With over 25 years in the asphalt maintenance industry, Tom has spent many years working with crews in the field where he learned the best practices and methods towards a quality product for our clients.
Thanks to his background, Tom takes pride in providing comprehensive quotes to his customers to ensure the best possible result in extending the life of the asphalt surface.
Greg Lider
Project Manager
Greg joined our team in 2023. Commitment to our projects, our customers, and delivering the best product possible is his main focus.
Greg has a sales and marketing degree from FVTC and has worked in sales for over 20 years.
Throughout his career, Greg has maintained strong client relationships that generate repeat business. He attributes his success to his ability to listen to customers and put their needs first.
When Greg is not looking at parking lots & driveways, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his children and grandson.
Amy Wilber
Office Manager
Amy joined our team in 2019. She brought with her over a decade of office management experience, along with a diverse background in various construction trades.
Amy provides administrative support for our sales team and performs many other tasks involved in running an office. She manages marketing efforts, drives human resources development, and fills the gaps in the organization of our company.
Corey Dalimonte
Production Supervisor
In 2006, Corey joined our company as a crew leader. Over the years, he was a crew leader for all of the various tasks we perform which allowed him to fully understand all of the aspects of our field work through hands-on experience.
In 2012, Corey was promoted to his present position of Production Supervisor and is responsible for overseeing production and training new hires. Corey takes pride in how a finished product looks and makes sure that quality craftsmanship and attention to detail go into each and every project.

Our History
Lawrence Benish and his wife Judy established Valley Sealcoat in 1977
The company opened for business as Minnesota Sealcoat and was located in Shakopee, MN
In 1979, Minnesota Sealcoat moved its operation to Little Chute, WI, and was renamed Valley Sealcoat. By this time, the firm was actively involved in Asphalt Repair, Gilsonite Sealcoating, Striping, and Tennis Coloring.
In 1984, Valley Sealcoat relocated to Appleton, Wisconsin.
The company broke ground at its newest headquarters (on Contractor Drive) in December of 1994, was then incorporated in January of 1995.
In April of 2001, William Kramer purchased Valley Sealcoat, Inc. and in 2014 Shawn Walter purchased the business from Bill after working for the company for many years.
By offering quality, state of the art services at competitive prices, we continue to establish long-term customer relationships and a leadership position in the industry.
